Compare Mogplex plans and costs. Learn how to manage credit, payment methods, and invoices.
Use this guide to choose a plan and understand each charge. For current account details, open Settings → Billing.
Individual plans
Each Individual plan includes one named user, parallel agent runs, Storage, and a monthly inference-credit grant.

Annual plans save 15 percent. Stripe bills the full annual price once each year. Mogplex adds the included inference credit each month. This also applies to annual plans.
Business and Enterprise plans use custom capacity, invoiced billing, and contract terms. Email enterprise@mogplex.com to discuss a company plan.

Inference credit
$1 of inference credit pays for $1 of model usage at the model provider price. Included credit resets each month. Purchased credit never expires.
Billing offers these one-time purchases:
- Pay $1 and get $1 of inference credit.
- Pay $10 and get $10 of inference credit.
- Pay $25 and get $25 of inference credit.
- Pay $100 and get $100 of inference credit.
- Pay $250 and get $250 of inference credit.
- Pay $500 and get $500 of inference credit.
- Pay $1,000 and get $1,000 of inference credit.
Mogplex uses included credit before purchased credit. The Available now amount excludes money reserved for work that is still in progress.
To add credit:
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Find Add inference credit below the current plan.
- Select an amount.
- Complete the Stripe checkout.
The new balance appears after Stripe confirms the payment.
Hosted usage rates
Mogplex shows recent usage costs in Billing. These costs use the available inference-credit balance.
Mogplex lists each model call after the cost settles. For a code review, the entry shows the repository and PR number. Billing rounds the displayed amount to the nearest cent. The credit ledger keeps the provider cost to eight decimal places. A new entry can take up to 10 minutes to appear while Mogplex confirms the final provider cost.

Managed services include Trigger.dev, functions, email, storage operations, and transfer. Mogplex charges for sandbox runtime only while a hosted sandbox runs. Snapshots also count toward Storage.
If you add your own AI Gateway or model-provider key, that provider bills the model calls. Mogplex still lists non-AI hosting costs separately.
Parallel agent runs
Parallel agent runs are active runs that work at the same time for one billing account. Pending work does not use a run slot.
When all slots are in use, new work waits for a slot. A slot becomes available when a run finishes or you stop one.
Billing shows the plan limit as a static entitlement. It does not show a live usage meter. Use the active-run surfaces to see current work and find the runs that use slots.
If your account can buy more parallel agent runs, Billing shows these recurring add-ons:

Some accounts cannot buy new parallel-run add-ons. Billing only shows the actions available for the selected account.
Storage add-ons
Storage add-ons increase retained storage. The plan stays the same.

For each capacity change, Billing shows the new limit, monthly change, amount due now, and effective date before confirmation. Increases take effect after payment. Decreases and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Manage the subscription
The current-plan card shows:
- the monthly plan cost
- whether Stripe bills the plan monthly or yearly
- the next due date
- the plan's parallel-run capacity
- the protected payment-method summary
- recent invoices
For an annual plan, Monthly plan cost shows the annual price divided by 12. Stripe still bills the full annual amount on the due date.
Select Manage plan to open the Stripe billing portal. Use the portal to change or cancel the plan. Plan changes and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment methods and invoices
Mogplex shows only the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date. It does not display or store the full card number in the Billing page.
Select Update payment method to make changes in Stripe. Mogplex creates an invoice for each plan payment, add-on payment, and inference-credit payment. Usage charges appear in Recent usage costs. They do not produce Stripe invoices. They spend credit that is already in the account.
Billing shows the latest 20 invoices. Select an invoice number to open its hosted invoice or PDF. Select View all invoices to open the complete Stripe history.
Only the personal account owner or a company owner or admin can manage billing. Other company members cannot view protected card and invoice details.
Get billing help
Email support@mogplex.com for billing help. Include the account name, invoice number, charge date, and charge amount when available. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, API key, or access token.
Check the selected account
Billing follows the personal or company account selected in Mogplex. Confirm the account name at the top of Billing before you report an invoice that you cannot find or an incorrect balance.
